My Health PA

My Health PA is a free ankylosing spondylitis (AS) tracker app.
Patients who suffer from ankylosing spondylitis or any of the axial spondyloarthritis group of arthritis conditions may go several months to a year or more between outpatient rheumatology appointments, and when appointments come around it’s crucial to be able to communicate clearly, accurately and concisely exactly what impact the disease has been having on your life.
In doing so, it gives you as a patient the best possible chance of a favourable outcome by providing your healthcare professionals with every pertinent piece of information they need to best guide your care.
My Health PA allows you to to easily see the trends of your flare-ups and other indicators of your condition over time, using both validated measures such as the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Index, alongside custom trackers designed with first-hand knowledge of the condition.
In addition to the BASFI and BASDAI trackers, you can record blood test results, for those specific tests which ankylosing spondylitis patients are regularly asked to take – such as liver function, C reactive protein and full blood count, and record every metric from the results.
Other custom measures include activity & exercise, sleep & fatigue, weight and aches & pains.
In addition to these trackers you can record other supplementary information such as current medication and upcoming appointments.
All metrics in My Health PA either give a direct indication of ankylosing spondylitis disease activity or can have a bearing on long term prognosis.
The My Health PA app displays each of these measures in clear, easy-to-read graphical forms, so that with just a few taps, every pertinent piece of information about every flare-up, inflammation episode, BASFI and BASDAI score of your arthritis is available to you immediately.
